A class is mostly a hands-on learning experience for the students about some of the tasks they will need and use in the future. Teamwork and responsibility are essential to success. By studying together, and sharing ideas with the group studies, while each student is assigned an assignment, they learn responsibility and teamwork. There are 2 types of students, productive and non-productive. Productive students do what is required and non-productive are usually disruptive and non-cooperative.

Approach:

My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is encouraged to think and make new connections for themselves.
