Approach:

Teaching management: 1. I will first asses the syllabus of the student 2. come up with a plan to complete lessons and make sure that the student can learn it hassle free 3. Make student involved in summarizing the lesson, to be able to asses the student is properly understood and not just byheart 4. Interactive pauses and breaks to summarize the previous lessons. 5. Boost the confidence of the student by conducting some public speaking activities, debate challenges, acting, role playing to build confidence of the student to face the real world
