Experience:

My teaching experience in ESL is eliciting the lesson or depend on my student with my teaching style so that they learn something from me. I am looking for an effective style of teaching for the student which not interested to learn and willing to give my ability so that my teaching is worth. I have been working with an ESL teacher now and my previous job as a call center agent is to talk with American people for almost 3 years.

Approach:

Making lesson plans as per my teaching style and planning on how I would teach my student as well as use some approaches like realia the intrinsic and extrinsic teaching.
