Experience:

I have taught for 4 years. However, the teaching experience was not as fulfilling because of specific and unique students needs. I have tutored diverse students for four years now. I hope to apply the knowledge and the finesse acquired to improve performance and improve individual's esteem while at it.

Approach:

My mantra is that every individual in terms of temperament, mental capacity and interest. As a result, it is impossible to have a one fits all approach. Having known this, i treat every individual differently and specially. The first step is to know them and understand their personal strengths and weaknesses. The second step is to discuss the problematic areas and any previous efforts to address these weaknesses. The third step is to explain my approach. The fourth step is to develop an exhaustive and adequate plan; specific focus is on capitalizing on the individual strong points to help address their weak points. Admittedly, we are all balanced individuals and an adequate understanding of self provides all the tools necessary to make us better. The last step is implementing the plan and ensuring we have constructive fun while at it. Lastly, feedback is an important part of my tutoring, i expect this from everyone i tutor. All this comes with a guarantee to be better.
