My experience has been that one-to-one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the student's personal barriers to learning in a way that lays the foundations for a deep and long-lasting understanding of the subject.

Approach:

The most important thing I believe that a teacher should be friendly to the students. So that there will be an easy and not so formal relationship between teacher and students. And in this way students can also discuss their problems and needs with teacher and they will have more interest in the subject.
