Use multiple student interaction patterns. Address a variety of learning styles. Q2.What makes your lessons one of a kind? 1. Connect what you're teaching to real life 2. Use students' interests and fascinations 3. Give students choices 4. Present information in multiple formats 5. Teach students self-monitoring skills Q3.Your tutoring techniques? Paraphrase what the student communicated, to ask questions that will lead the student to her/his own solution, offer constructive feedback rather than criticize, guide students to make appropriate choices, and ask the student if there is anything else s/he can share. Be familiar with difficult situations.
