Experience:

I taught as a graduate peer tutor for almost a year now to the students in need I'm the institution that I graduated from, I prefer to test the knowledge of the students and focus on where the students suspect they got a weakness on.

Approach:

It's usually based on the student's current academic plans. Everything that the student has covered gets a quick review and then I cover the whole concept of where the student has the issue in then before plan whats going to happen in the next session before the end of the session
