Experience:

During my time in university, I have tutored fellow classmates in lower classes Biology related courses. In my professional career, I have experience in learning and developing HR related functions. I am a natural born speaker and I have the ability to tailor my teaching style as per the audience or student's learning style.

Approach:

I spend a lot of time reading and making sure I am adequately informed of the subject which I intend to train or teach. I plan my sessions based on the learning styles of the person; ie. Visual learners. My approach differs accordingly. I tend to find the fun and interesting points when training in order for the student to remember the most of their time and try my best to find ways to relate the material to everyday life experiences, where possible. I do not give up and am very patient.
