Experience:

I am a qualified teacher with 16 years of experience in 3 different inner London secondary schools as well as being a local authority advisor. I'm currently working full time in a British Secondary School in Dubai as Head of Department, I teach from Year 7 to Year 13. I've been an advisor for a London borough and have excellent understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and all exam board's qualifications. I have outstanding exam results and exceptional success in tutoring.

Approach:

You are in control of your learning so you will learn if I can motivate and make it fun for you. I believe that tutoring is about setting goals that you feel are attainable, discussing these with your parents/guardians is key in order to establish a prescribed route to take in order to show progress. I think tutoring works when you can see progress. I endeavour to help you quickly feel at ease and I work hard to develop your confidence. I will divide the session so we start with a recap, followed by the main learning outcomes and finish off with a feedback with the parents.
