Experience:I am working with IB international school, Dubai. I have 18 years of teaching Experience in Dubai ( IGCSE/ IB/MOE) up to Grade 18 . I am specialist in IB e Assessment , language and literature DP. I am skilled in having a good relationship with my students. I teach in the best way that meet their requirements, especially for low level students. I convey the information and grammar in simple way.
Approach:After 18 years of teaching experience. I have learnt that, every student is gifted, but we have to know the right key to open up his skills, therefore, I start my lesson plan with diagnostic test, in order to know the strength and weakness for each student. After that, I do my lesson plan to improve and support the students in all aspects. I can gurantee that, all my students will be able to explain the lesson to their peers.
