Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering , MBA in strategic management

Experience:

I started teaching the students when I was a top student back in high school. Being a distinguished student at the time, the school gave me the responsibility to teach large classes and later move on to tutoring via videoconferencing with classes of the school's other branches. After graduation , I started my career as an engineer but never stopped teaching in my spare time. I have managed to build a strong reputation with my students by delivering results and exceeding expectations of their parents.

Approach:

My approach is tailored based on the student's capability. I believe that the approach should differ based on the student's ability to absorb information and his/her response time. I also believe that any student is able to achieve good results if he/she is guided properly and taught the right techniques. I try to avoid the formal barrier that separates the teacher from the student and try to build a friendly atmosphere in which the student is encouraged to relax and become confident in asking whatever question that comes to mind. This way the student would not feel ashamed to ask even the simplest of questions.
