I've been conducting private tutoring sessions in Sri Lanka (Colombo), United Kingdom (Nottighamshire) and UAE (Dubai Marina) for a total of 6 years. The main reason why I got into teaching Mathematics is because I truly understand the struggle on a personal level. And there's no feeling like seeing low scoring students pass with high marks after focused and thorough teaching. My style of teaching lean towards pragmatic and how mathematical models relate to real world situations.

Approach:

My teaching method stems from building trust and connecting with the student on the level of a companion where I attempt to reduce the traditional gap which exists between the student and the teacher. I've seen miraculous results over the years with this methodology, where I've managed convert students who used to dread tuition to actual Mathematics enthusiasts who can't wait for the next tuition session.
