Qualification:

Master in Psychology

Experience:

15 years of teaching experience with a masters degree in psychology and a teacher's training certificate for children with special needs. Helps to make change in behaviour so that students are socially and academically accepted and in some cases accepted in mainstream/regular schools.

Approach:

* Designing a vision and plan of action in IEP (Individual education plan) * Reinforce and reiterate expectations for positive behaviour. * Design instructional activities to help students to stay on the task. * Helping students move successfully from one activity to the other. * Create a circle of support for the students involving family.
