Experience:

I have mentored fresh engineering graduates who joined my organisation. I have also tutored school students for Maths and Science. I also take classes for Statistics at University Level. I've conducted soft skill workshops for colleagues. I have also taught English to Adults as per CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)guidelines.I've 5.5 years of experience in Embedded Systems and worked with leading Automakers. I'm also a Cambridge CELTA certified English teacher who trains students for IELTS and other exams.

Approach:

My lessons are student centred. I prepare thorough lesson plans and follow a structured approach. I try to build on the students' existing knowledge and teach useful lessons and skills.I use technology to aid teaching. My lessons are interesting and encouraging for the students and I've been requested to conduct additional classes as they enjoy them. I strive to make my lessons fun and informative at the same time. At the end of the lesson, I make sure that the lesson aims and outcomes are met.
