Experience:

I have been teaching for 5 years as a software trainer in India on weekend. I am very much comfortable to teach Java programming language at java architect level. I have good teaching and learning attitude so I am comfortable to teach the English language as well. I can judge student knowledge and understanding. According to his/her learning pace, I can make my mind understanding to teach his/her. Usually, I do an assignment for a student.

Approach:

First I check student level and understanding. Based on that, I collect and make study material for them. I always start from beginning level and gradually I try to give them a higher level task. I always try to make interesting topic by mixing live example which is present our surroundings.
