I have been practicing yoga and pranayam right from my childhood. As a mother to a four year old I am well aware of the postpartum difficulties that women face. I have tried and tested diferent ways and learnt from my mistakes. I would love to share with all what I have learnt.

Approach:

I would like to take it slow for beginners . Focusing on the details and not hurrying up. Yoga is about both body and mind. I believe one should feel energized after a good yoga session and this is what we will try to achieve.
