I taught for more than 3 years. I began teaching my classmates way back when I'm in college. My way of teaching depends upon the needs of the student.

Approach:

First, I will know the problem of the student. I will find his/her weakness on that topic and we will tackle it first. Having a 'lesson plan' will only make the sutdent saturated. That's why I'm conducting the tutorial in a fun way in which the student will eventually feel that I'm his/her older brother.
