Experience:

I hold a BED in Elementary grade teaching coupled with a TEFL and CELTA qualification. I have 15 years of teaching experience 7 if which include teaching students and adults coming from an ESL background. I adopt various methodologies and strategies and adapt preparation of lesson plans with differentiation.

Approach:

I employ an easy and simple approach when applying methodologies and stategies so students and adults coming from an ESL background can grasp the concepts taught. Lesson plans vary witj differentiation to suit learners needs and re-inforcement/special assistance is included for groups needing attention. I also focus on a student centred approach so learners feel responsible for their own learning journeys.
