Qualification:

4 year undergraduate degree in English education

Experience:

Undergraduate degree from Dublin City University in English education. I’ve taught English in the UK for two year and for one year in Dubai. I have tutored many students in the past. These students were preparing for state exams or trying to better their understanding of the English language as I am also a qualified TEFL teacher. While teaching in the UK I received outstanding grades for teaching and learning. I aim to maintain this level of teaching in both my teaching and tutoring.

Approach:

I plan my lessons to cater for the needs of the student. My lessons are unique as I focus on specific skills the student will require to succeed as a student of English. Once I have developed an understanding with the tutee and have identified weaknesses that the student may have, my lessons will focus on the skill set that needs improvement. These skills can then be applied accurately in the exam that the tutee will take.
