• Teaching traditional Yoga • Pay close attention to posture correction and breathing techniques to ensure optimum benefit and safety. • Teaching all levels from beginner to intermediate to advance levels. • Work with students of all body types and fitness levels. • Give in-depth understanding of Pranayamas (breathing techniques). • Include basic weight training, exercises using stretch bands etc. • Leading regular meditation sessions in all batches • Taking kids classes etc
