Experience:

I am a fully qualified early years and primary school teacher with over 8 years experience teaching KG through to Grade 7 in Ireland, UK and the UAE. I have taught in schools that use the British Curriculum and those that use the American Curriculum so I am familiar with the expectations in both systems. My teaching style is student centred where I plan and lead the lesson but encourage the student to take responsibility for their own learning.

Approach:

As a private tutor, I can offer your child lessons tailored to their needs. This may range from general homework support, revision sessions to lessons focusing on a specific subject or topic. I can teach individual students or if you prefer, in sibling groups, where the content would be differentiated depending on the grade levels. I have access to a wide range of teaching aids and resources from Ireland, UK and the US.
