Experience:

I completed my teacher training from the University of Nottingham, after receiving my law degree. I have been in education for six years, with three years in an outstanding school in England, and three years in Dubai. I have experience coaching Hockey at an elite level and my teams have won national competitions. I apply this experience to the classroom, with an a collaborative approach to learning, whereby the pupil is able to lead their learning, while I support them to unlock their potential.

Approach:

My lessons are always bespoke and are individualized for the pupils I am teaching. I recognize that there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to teaching and always strive to ensure that the needs of each learner are met. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and work hard to maximize engagement through a wide variety of activities. However, there is no escaping the fact that learning can be challenging. I firmly believe that by creating a supportive environment I encourage my pupils to rise to the challenges they face through hard-work, grit and determination.
