I did Sri Sri Yoga and Sudarshan Kriya at Art of Living ashram, Bangalore, Completed PGDYT from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthan), Bangalore, D.Y.C (Diploma in Yoga course) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, AP, the Year'07. Have been working as a freelance Yoga Instructor in Dubai from Nov 2012 to till date. Worked in Dubai (Gems Of Yoga) as a Yoga Therapist from Apr 2010 to 2012 Sept. Learnt advance techniques of Meditation, which work on different layers of our personality.
