Experience:

I have around 8 years of experience in IT domain as programmer, developer and consultant. I am fresher tutoring school & college students. But have experience in training the fresh graduates joining my company for 3 years. I have industry experience in following technologies, Front End: Java, VB.Net, C#.Net Back End: SQL, MySQL, Intersystem's Cache etc., Web Programming: ASP.Net, JSP, ExtJs etc, Scripting : JavaScript, JQuery Data structures, DBMS, RDBMS & Hierarchical databases.

Approach:

Based on their curriculum, will try to make the students understand the concepts in computer science or IT. My way of teaching will have simple real time example with power point presentation whenever required.
