Experience:

I have over 17 years of teaching experience teaching students from first through to eleventh grade. I have a Bachelors in Education, Diploma in Mathematics and Business Education. I have had a lot of experience tutoring Math, English and Accounts. I try to create fun and interactive activities in order to engage my students. I am a people person who always try to build a rapport with my students as I believe a child can only learn if the teacher has a caring and understanding nature.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to the needs of my students. I try to build on the prior knowledge of students before I introduce something new. I use a variety of teaching strategies such as hands on activities, demonstrations, visuals, games etc. to help my students achieve success.
