Experience:

I judge the students deficiencies in Maths and then work on individual problems he or she has. I am calm and patient and will work on solutions to meet the students way of thinking and enable him or her to become confident in her or his approach to maths and remove any fears or in capabilities they may possess.

Approach:

I will start with very basic understanding of the problems and then go on to practice the required methods for the curriculum. I will cite past papers if need be and use internet help to show how to solve problems and work with the student until shes very confident in the subject matters.
