Experience:

I have a decade of teaching experience in Irish, UK, US & PYP curriculum schools. I have experience teaching all age groups. My teaching style adapts readily to my students needs. I have experience working in special education and teaching English as a foreign language. I hold a degree, a Higher Diploma in Primary Education and a certificate in Special Needs Education.

Approach:

I belief self-esteem plays a major role in a child's learning. I work to build up my students confidence this boosts their learning potential significantly. I like to challenge students to think creatively and problem solve. As a tutor I like to create a link with the classroom teacher, when necessary to aid pupil progress. After my initial meeting with students I devise a tailor made plan specific to the students learning style and needs.
