Experience	Experience: Intelligent individual educated to Masters level with a background in children's/adult nursing. I tutor different age groups and can adapt to the needs of the individual easily. I have a Masters of Science, a Bachelors degree and degree modules in leadership and education. I tutor English, Nursing, Social Skills, Public Speaking. Approachable and calm I strive to achieve success and results. I achieved distinction in my subjects throughout college and received a national award for my work.

Approach	Approach: Assess the individual and find out their needs on their first lesson. Being a qualified nurse I can assess the individual on a cognitive level and assess which teaching method is best for them. I then plan lessons to individually suit their needs based on what I find from initial assessment. I build a trusting relationship with the individual and offer fun styles of learning. I also build confidence and an aim for success. I can work at a fast pace or a slower pace depending on what's right for the pupil.
