Experience:

Whatever strategies or styles I use in teaching I have to make sure that it is always child centered. It focus on the total development and needs of a child.

Approach:

It depends on the need of tye chikd. As tutor I can only depend on what the teacher is teaching in the school as each school and teacher has different reference materials for a certain lesson. Then as a tutor that is where I can base my review and lesson. I will follow up the present lesson and make advance study if there is enough time.
