Experience:

I have been classified an outstanding teacher for four years. Whilst teaching I have specialised in the use of mastery within mathematics, and have trained teachers across two schools in how to use this to improve every child's learning. As a teacher my aim is to ensure all children feel successful when they learn, therefore I teach in a style that suits the individual child. Adapting to the strengths of each child means that they enjoy the learning and make continued progress.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to the individual needs of the child. I will always look at previous learning and ensure that the LO is clear and understood by the child. Plans are adapted throughout the learning to ensure your child is engaged with the learning. My lessons are unique as they use a range of techniques and tools to enhance the learning experience for the child. I will ensure they are fun whilst being challenging. This helps the child to feel proud of the work they have accomplished.
