I always use personalized learning approach based on each student’s strengths, needs, skills and interests. Each student gets a learning plan that’s based on what he knows and how he learns best. Grammar, vocabulary and speaking lessons based on the learnt grammar, exercises together with teacher and as a homework. Reading of the Russian fairytales, literature classics adapted for the foreigner students.
