Experience:

I moved here from Ireland. I have 8 years teaching experience. I am a Mathematics teacher. I am patient, understanding and I try to help the student with their difficulties as best I can. I use my experience to help me identify the ways I can get the students to improve.

Approach:

I listen to where the student is having difficulty and I try to plan my lesson around this. I try to engage as much as possible with the student. i usually introduce the topic, give examples of questions, then I give the student some similar questions to try and solve. I finish by correcting their work and showing the any errors they made and how to correct them.
