Bachelor of Education, Masters in Special Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership

Experience:

I am a primary school teacher with 13 years experience teaching all grade levels. I hold both a Bachelor of Education and a Masters Degree in Special Education. Therefore I can accommodate the needs of all students and adapt the curriculum in order to allow them to reach their full potential. I am a highly committed and diligent teacher and enjoy seeing my students progress. My passion lies in developing early literacy and phonics skills for young readers. Tuition can take place in students home or also at the tutors home.  **I am available for tutoring at weekends and during holidays also. 

Approach:

Upon assessing the student in the first meeting, I will then  plan a programme of work that challenges the student but also allows for steady progression. I will achieve this through a variety of fun and stimulating activities that motivates the student to learn. I will also aim to develop my student's self-esteem and confidence by developing  a strong and supportive rapport with them.
