Experience:

Before qualifying as a teacher, I tutored students in high school before the completed their final exams. I qualified as a teacher in Ireland in 2010 and have tutored children in many subjects taught in school since then including English, Maths, Science and basic English language learning. As a primary school teacher, my experience in teaching has been with children from 4-12 years. I have worked with children with special needs also. I currently teach KG1.

Approach:

I am a very enthusiastic and conscientious teacher. I plan my lessons carefully based on the interests and needs of the child I am working with. I make the lessons engaging and exciting. I am very patient and tolerant when a child comes into difficulty. I enjoy teaching children and seeing their confidence grow as they succeed in a different area.
