Experience:

I have started tutoring in university with my schoolmates who had trouble catching up with lessons in Engineering and Sciences. Now, as an Electronics Engineer, I have tutored other students from different age groups and industries who are planning to take the board exams. I am passionate about teaching and does not stop until the student is able to pass or do well in his/her academics or exams. I am also open to trying different methods of teaching or tutoring to assist the student better.

Approach:

My approach includes a thorough planning around a student's individual needs. I sit down with them, understand their learning style and adapt (e.g., student X needs more examples or illustrations before absorbing a topic, so I prepare use cases/real-life applications) Additionally, I am able to use different media, books, videos, images for the students. I also make sure that even when the student is away, I give him enough tasks/assignment to ensure he does not forget the lessons covered and reinforce existing concepts.
