Experience:

I have been training students on Maths for almost a decade now. Being an engineer and a certified psychometric analyst helps me analyse each student's learning style and adapt my training content and style accordingly. The trick is in figuring out how the student prefers to learn and using the student's learning style to train. I strongly believe that everyone can be good at learning, unfortunately most students haven't figured out how to learn.

Approach:

Learning can be made fun if it is pitched in the right way. I believe my role as a tutor is to inspire the student to learn in his/her own style of learning. Any subject can be made interesting. I focus my energy on connecting with the student and then training because once the rapport is established, learning becomes much more exciting. I have had some great students before and each one of them have been so different in their learning that I cannot use the same training style for all of them.
