• Exceptional ability to handle lesson planning activities according to the specific needs of each student • Deep familiarity with integrating technology into lessons to ensure a higher level of understanding on the students’ part • Demonstrated expertise in motivating students to work towards achieving their educational goals • Exceptionally well-versed in managing classes by enforcing behavioral rules and ensuring that they are followed properly

Approach:

At the beginning of every lesson, I write lesson plan goal at the top. Make the outline of the lesson and write its overview. Divide the material according to student's learning capability. Make the timeline for the lessons Make activities depending on the student type of learning skills like visual, auditory, tactile or a combination Make students do a guided practice. Bring them into discussion about the topic so that they can share their ideas too Conclude the lesson concretely Check their work and assess their progress. Arrange Tests at the end.
