I always promote and ensure that the learning environment is stimulating, interesting and motivating for my pupils and I believe the use of vibrant classroom displays helps foster pupil’s learning.

I believe that positive classroom management and a consistent, fair approach to discipline has assisted in developing structured and well manageable lessons, where pupils realise the high expectations that I have of their work, input and behaviour.
