Experience:

I have been teaching ICT subjects in IGCSE board from Grade 2 to 9 which covering MS office and web development, Programming. I improved my presentation skills in front of a large audience and made a friendly environment for learning. As a web developer, I designed a website for students and parents for accessing notes, exam papers, results and created a communication portal between students and teachers with the help of SharePoint and Database language with Photoshop and movie maker for the same.

Approach:

I help in Planning, developing, communicating, implementing and evaluating academy's technology vision for the high-quality and cohesive use of technology in learning and teaching. Managing technology-related programs including the 1:1 (iPad) program and the bring your own device approach in Primary and Middle school. Working together with teachers on enhancing the integration of technology into classrooms. Providing professional development that empowers teachers to boost student learning through digital resources. Encouraging, demonstrating and establishing policies for safe, legal and ethical use of digital information and technology. Leading whole-school ICT curriculum development. Exercising effective team leadership for the development and support of a resourceful digital learning team. Steering data collection related to the quantity and quality of technology use in the school (to enhance current reporting). Working with the IT department in the school to ensure ICT systems in the school are fully utilized in classrooms.
