I am an experienced Personal Fitness Trainer.I work with lots of people from different categories who have differents needs and goals (from losing weight, to strengthen the muscles etc). I can work with both male and female (kids also) no matter the age. I am looking forward to give you an hour of nice exercising experience and motivate you to a healty life style.

Approach:

I give one to one sessions and I plan my program based on the client needs, goals and timings. The love I have for fitness and healthy life style I passed it on to my clients and make them enjoy every minute of their one-hour session.
