Originally from India Neha holds a post graduate degree in Yoga and Human Excellence from her University in India and has 5 years of practical experience of teaching Yoga in India and Dubai.

Approach:

Neha’s personal training style can be adapted on an individual basis depending upon the clients requirements and preference. Some clients are beginners and they prefer a soft consulting style session while other need a harder motivational push.She provides personal Yoga Training & Yoga Classes to females for yoga & meditation and uses Yoga to achieve flexibility, weight loss and as part of other general fitness needs.
