Regarding languages, my mother language is arabic, english was the language of each step in my educational life, german was my secondary language in university pre studied be 3 years which is 7 years as studying German then I lived in Germany for 2 years working as HR.

Approach:

I would like to give the maximum that i can to the student as to plan for the him/her how to learn it during the week before the next class, i dont like waiting and wasting time inside the lesson just to earn more money as many teachers do. Convinced by today's lesson.. you pay, not convinced dont.
