Experience:

I have come from a chalk & board teacher to a digital one. I have enjoyed the face to face interaction in the classrooms; however, i am always ready to adapt and grow. Learners today have all they need on their fingertips, so now our role asa teacher has moved to being a facilitator.This enables students to think on their own and have their opinions. It takes the learner away from being a follower and writing word to word of what the textbooks said.

Approach:

Once I know what the curriculum & syllabus is, I start my planning logs before planning classroom lessons. Although i write a lesson plan, i have noticed i do not stick word to word for it. This changes with my class dynamics. I always believed that i need to cater to my learners than my lesson plan. The structure stays but how it is taught could vary,
