Experience:

Qualified Primary School Teacher with 6 years experience teaching in primary schools and 9 months teaching in an early years setting here in Dubai. I have experience as a private tutor for children aged 5-14 years. I believe in using the students likes and interests to help them learn and achieve their goals. I speak English as a first language and have taught many children and adults English as an additional language. I have also tutored in maths and swimming. I am certified in first aid.

Approach:

I believe in making your child excited and interested in what they are learning and equipping them with the skills and tools they need to learn independently. Building a relationship and trust with each child in my class, is important to me, and equally as important with the children I tutor. I plan each child's sessions to meet that student's specific and individual needs, using their likes and interests to engage them with the learning, in order to work towards our weekly/monthly target.
