I've been teaching Fitness classes for over 10 years now. I specialise in offering Zumba and Gym training.

Approach:

I started my lesson by asking personal questions based on the experience the client umdergone to then right after the health issues they got one. I make it sure that the training they can get from me is effective but won't risk their health.
