Experience:

I have had my persona training qualification for 4 years, have competed in fitness competitions as well as triathlons and am currently managing a fitness studio in Dubai. I have helped many people with body and mind transformations and encouraged and lead them to lead healthier and fitter lives through dedication and passion.

Approach:

I like to start training at the own pace of my clients, selecting and training to their needs and wants as well as realistic and suitable goals. I am firm in my practice and am concerned with particular form and avoiding injuries and incorrect training techniques.
