Experience:

I provide many examples so that the child can learn it easily and connect it to real life situations. I'll share them my technique so that they can easily adapt what is being thought to them. I am being more optimistic for them to absorb it and get inspired so that they will believe that they can do it, they can learn from me with attitude and values.

Approach:

I plan it like real classroom situation. I prepare lesson plans, including motivation so that they will get interested what will I teach. As much as possible I give more possible questions in order for them to learn it in advance. My techniques are not to let the student feel burden about the lesson, just be cool in order for them not to feel pressure.
