Experience:

In my 3 years of teaching i worked with under performing students who lacked the necessary encouragement. I help my students understand their lessons so they can reach their educational goals more independently. My aim is to help all my pupils become less dependant on me and more dependant on their selves, as this tactic will better help them in their future educational and work life.

Approach:

I usually begin with understanding the student's way of thinking, and where they are falling short or lacking in their studies. By working with my students on a one to one basis, my work lessons will become custom made to suit their learning skills and help them understand their strength and weaknesses. I usually take home all my students work and prepare similar work lessons that will help them become better familiar with all the school work. All my lessons will mirror image what the school is providing as homework.
