Experience:

I have 16 years teaching experience, 12 in a primary school in Ireland and 4 here in the UAE. I have taught all subjects to children from 4-12 years old. I also provide private tutoring in the evenings for Maths, English and Science. I have been in the UAE for 4 years and have been teaching English, Maths and Science. I am an experienced, enthusiastic and focused teacher. I have a firm but very fair approach. I strive to make learning fun and enjoyable.

Approach:

I design and implement learning experiences that cater for individual learning styles. I use a variety of methodologies and teaching resources to ensure that children learn through well structured lessons. I ensure that lessons are fun and interesting and they are designed to further the children’s learning. My lessons are well planned out and previous subject knowledge informs my planning for the next lesson.
