Experience:

I hold a Master of technology (M Tech) degree in Power Electronics and Drives.Now I have three years of experience as a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and one year experience as a tutor in private institute in Kerala, India. 

Approach:

Prepare study materials for students if needed, which includes numerical examples also. I prefer more than one text book for each sublect. Study materials will be exam oriented. I'll prefer numerical excersizes as homework if neccessary. I would like to give some small quiz/tests if they are interested which will improve their confidence for the exam.
